We recieved our coffeemaker via ups and the box was sitting at our door when we got home...it was destroyed as if someone threw it out the backdoor while going 65 mph. Luckily everything seemed to be there and the coffeemaker worked but we're probably not going to be buying stuff from a company that can't keep our purchased safe and undamaged.
